🛑 Mandatory Tournament Meeting will take place during the banquet.

🚗 Park Entry Notes:

  • Banquet guests: FREE entry — just let the gate know you’re attending the banquet at Highland Lakes Camp

  • Launching at Tournament Point:

    • Fees: $5 per person + $7 per trailer (CASH ONLY)

    • Fees must be paid or risk ticketing.

📝 Key Dates & Rules: 

  • ✅ Tournament Sunday May 18th:

  • ✅ Registration Deadline: Thursday, May 9th @ 9 PM. 

  • 🚫 Off-Limits: Begins Sunday, May 11th at sunset through Saturday, May 17 @ 7 AM.

    • All teams must be off the water by 3 PM Saturday May 17th ( Practice Day)

⚠️ Guide Rule Reminder:

  • Last day to use a guide: Friday, April 18

  • No guides, GPS coordinates, or fishing info may be received within 30 days of the tournament.

    • Violation = Immediate Disqualification

    • Tournament Day (May 18th) starts the 30-day no-guide period.

🚤 Controlled Launch & Check-In Times

This will NOT be a trailering event 

Boat numbers will be drawn at the banquet and launched in flights:

  • Flight 1 (Boats 1–25): 2:00 PM

  • Flight 2 (Boats 26–50): 2:15 PM

  • Flight 3 (Boats 51–75): 2:30 PM

  • Flight 4 (Boats 76–100): 2:45 PM

📏 Scales close at 3:00 PM
