There is not much more we could say about the 2021 AOY Team that has not already been said. These young men have been a joy to watch grow up with in the FAN Family. They have the most wins in FAN High School Fishing history. It is with great honor to announce the Texasboatworld Harker Heights Fishing Team of Landen Bennett and Ty Eaton with Captain Lowell Bennett as your 2021 Central Anglers of The Year. Landen and Ty won qualifier #1 and #2 and finished 7th with qualifier #3. They were our AOY’s last year and between both anglers won the 2018 and 2019 Championships. They both earned $750.00 in Scholarship Presented by Academy Sports + Outdoors and will receive a custom AOY Jersey from OT Wear in addition to the Berkley Fishing– Abu Garcia Ultimate Tackle Prize.
Also, they do smile once in a while.
