No-Guiding / Waypoint Rule: Boat captains, coaches, parents, or student anglers are prohibited from fishing with guides or acquiring waypoints, GPS coordinates, or fishing locations from guides on tournament waters within 30 days prior to the event (the day of the tournament marks the start of the 30-day period).

This will be A controlled launch
Since there is only one boat ramp on Coleto Creek we will have a controlled launch to avoid any potential safety concerns. You must check in IN PERSON Saturday Morning to pick up your boat number card. Check in will be in Pavilion C (see map). It is suggested to get you boat launched early as it will get crowded quickly and long lines will start to form.
- Check-In: All teams must check in at the Pavilion in person Saturday morning to pick up your boat number card.

At safe light, we’ll begin with the National Anthem and prayer, then release boats in flights.
It’s strongly recommended to launch early — lines will form quickly.
Check-In Times by Flight
| Flight | Boat Numbers | Check-In Time |
| #1 | 1–25 | 2:00 PM |
| #2 | 26–50 | 2:15 PM |
| #3 | 51–75 | 2:30 PM |
| #4 | 76–100 | 2:45 PM |
- Scales open: 12:00 PM
- Final check-in: You must be in line at the holding tanks by 3:00 PM.
- Allow time to trailer your boat and walk to be in the check in line.
All anglers must check in at weigh-in — whether weighing fish or not.
Failure to do so will result in a loss of tournament and AOY points. FAN must confirm everyone is safe and off the water.
No exceptions!
