Lake Travis March 21st FINAL POINTS QUALIFIER – FAN 25/26 TOURNAMENT TRAIL

The stage is set for the FAN 25/26 Tournament Trail’s Final Points Qualifier — Presented by CGC Cerakote! Lake Travis hosts the action on March 21, 2026, giving student anglers and teams one last opportunity this season to earn critical points, showcase their skills, and climb the standings before Championship qualification is finalized. This high-stakes, event promises strategy, intensity, and unforgettable memories on the water.

Trailering Event – Pace Bend Park, Tournament Point

Location: 2805 Pace Bend Rd N, Spicewood, TX 78669

Tournament Point Ramp is currently closed. Collier and Tatum ramps have limited parking. Boats can launch at Tournament Point, but FAN strongly encourages using other ramps for a smoother experience.

Launch Fees:

  • $5 per person + $7 per trailer (CASH ONLY)

  • Must be paid to avoid ticketing

  • If no one is at the gate, please use the honor box when exiting. This shows respect and integrity and allows FAN to continue to host events on Travis County Parks.

Important Rules & Deadlines

Guide & Waypoint Rules:

  • Guide Cutoff: February 20 – last day guides may be on Lake Travis

  • No-Guiding / Waypoint Rule: Captains, coaches, parents, and student anglers may not fish with guides or acquire GPS/fishing locations within 30 days prior to the event (tournament day marks the start of the 30-day period)

Trailering Check-In:

  • Morning check-in is via GroupMe only – no physical check-in at the ramp

  • Once launched, captains or anglers must send a message via GroupMe

    • Example Boat # 00 Cook/Reiger on the water

We are not acknowledging any group me off water check ins.  PHYSICAL CHECK IN REQUIRED

Safety & Schedule:

  • Boats cannot leave launch area before 6:30 AM

  • First cast: 7:00 AM | Last cast: 2:00 PM

Scales & Weigh-In:

  • Scales open at 12:00 PM

  • All fish must be in holding tanks/check-in table by 3:00 PM

  • Mandatory physical check-in at weigh-in, regardless of fish caught

Team Rules:

  • Only captains and student anglers allowed on boats

  • Teams must include one adult captain and two qualified student anglers, or they will be disqualified

Registration Deadline:

  • Wednesday, March 18, 9:00 PM CST

  • Online registration and payment required, including derby anglers

  • Late registrations accepted for complete teams only; added to the bottom of the launch sequence

  • Boat numbers randomly drawn and posted on the FAN website and Facebook page by Thursday, 9:00 PM

🎣 FAN Fishing Derby – Shore Event

In addition to the Final Qualifier, FAN will host a fun, family-friendly shore fishing derby at Tournament Point Pace Bend Park, Lake Travis, celebrating Faith, Fishing, and Friendships.

Who: Open to ages 6 -10 ( FAN Junior Members) (FAN Middle and High School Members)
Where: Pace Bend Park Tournament Point 
Schedule:

  • Check-in: 8:30 AM

  • Quick rules & prayer: 9:00 AM

  • First cast: 9:00 AM | Lines out: 1:00 PM

  • Awards: On main stage before tournament awards

Format: All species, artificial or live bait allowed
Entry Fee: $15 per participant (Venmo or PayPal accepted)
Membership Required: Must be a registered FAN Student Member
